Fast, efficient delivery but unfortunately my Beko tumble dryers side panels had not been fitted into their lugs properly (quality control from the factory?). I had to take the side panels off and relocate them onto their correct fixing points (very weird!). Anyway, I managed to sort it and the dryer opperates as expected. Just a bit disappointing when you pay over £400 for an item.

Have subsequently received a phone call from LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk customer services apologising for the fault. Also, refunded postage and old dryer recycling fee as a goodwill gesture. Thank you, I appreciate that. Good customer after care, so giving 4 stars.
