Today the delivery was 5* but this should have happened two weeks ago.
The previous delivery never happened and I never got a straight answer from the call centre why not (3*).
But I was rebooked and everything was great today.
Update: Lifestyle Home Appliances have now been in touch and explained there was an error between 2 systems that caused the first issue. They are going to look into it and offered a partial refund.

Called me over an hour in advance, because I live some 20 miles from the property. Very courteous guys, efficient and all done with minimum fuss. Choose the option to remove and takeaway the old machine, disconnect and install and reconnect the new one which was well worth the extra.
