Ordered a washer/dryer and a fridge freezer following a house move. Both delivered on the day expected. Unfortunately one of the plastic hinges on the freezer drawer was broken. A call to Kaye at customer services was all it took to get a replacement part delivered within 3 days. Big shout out to Kaye who took time to understand the problem and arrange the replacement part direct from Beko. Brilliant service and highly recommended. Very happy with both items.

Fantastic choice of products at great prices! We are so happy with our new oven, which was delivered within 1 day of ordering.
Delivery was on time and the delivery men rang us 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. They were polite and friendly, took our old appliance away without any fuss and fitted the new oven quickly and efficiently, and gave us guidance on first use of the product etc.
