The call centre agent was patient and thorough, however, he did forget to add one item we had agreed to my order (limescale magnet) and inadvertently added a spare cutlery tray in error. I now have to re-order the magnet fitting and pay separately for something I thought was part of the deal.
The driver and fitter were excellent throughout. Kept me updated and informed and were quick, tidy, personable and professional throughout.
Follow after sales adviser was good but only advice was to re-order (at my cost) the part I originally thought was coming.
All that being said, a thoroughly good service. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
