Delivery gave me a 1 hour time slot and then did not turn up. When I contacted them they tried to say I was not in when they tried to deliver the package. I told them I had been waiting in all day and followed there tracking which did not even come to my town.I asked for proof they came to my house and they changed the story to they did not come to my house. A o have apologised and I have accepted their apology as it was D P D who delivered the item so I going to upgrade my rating as it’s for A O not DPD.

We had some lovely two boys , denis & andrei. we have to have a fridge freezer removed and a new one put in place and they came right on time and we as able to remove it whilst still so lovely and take it to lower ground and the accessibility wasn’t the greatest but still they done so well!! and then they had to come back 4 hours later as they didn’t finish something off and they done it so quick and efficiently. These two boys deserve a raise! Thank you denis & andrei. will be buying again 🙂
