Easy to find a washing machine using filters on the website, I chose the unpack and recycle my old machine option which saved me worrying about disposal, especially as packaging can take up a lot of space. I was able to choose my own delivery date based on the day that suited me best. The night before I was reminded of the delivery, and on the morning I got an email, text and phone call to inform me of a 2 hour time slot of when it would be delivered. The driver then rang me when he was 10minutes away. The gentlemen quickly removed my old machine, put the new one in the kitchen and reminded me to remove the transportation bolts. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
