Great products at reasonable prices, good helpdesk as I had a few queries. Fantastic communication, the installers Martin and Hasan were friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Checked everything worked and I was happy with everything. Removed all the packaging, tidied up after them. Excellent service all round. Arrived promptly, even a little ahead of time. The installers were unable to complete the installation, as the appliance plug would not go through the available hole. However, they left the washer unpacked and removed my old machine as planned, and immediately arranged for a refund of the installation charge, so I could make the necessary modifications and complete the installation myself
