The 2 guys (unknown names) found the shortcut to my back gate ok. Brought mud onto utility floor before I had to ask to use door mat. As a paying member I didn’t get installation and I’m disabled, & called me “mate”. Not the best experience but sufficient, at least no swearing.

We ordered a new cooker from Lifestyle Home Appliances and the experience from start to finish was amazing, very easy to place the order, we were kept fully informed by Lifestyle Home Appliances regarding the delivery and installation. On the day of delivery we were contacted by phone from one of the delivery drivers at just gone 7am saying they would be with us by 7.50am
They arrived right on time, both guys were called Mark and they were so very polite and extremely professional, they were very chatty and explained everything that had to be done for the installation, after the cooker was fitted Mark the fitter showed us all the controls and explained what they did, they cleared up and took all of the packaging away with them. We could not have asked for two better delivery men than Mark and Mark, they were really lovely, friendly and chatty guys. Thank you so much.
