Although my delivery had a 4 hour time slot I was able to track it on my computer as well as being told how many deliveries were before mine. Then 5 minutes before delivery I received a phone call to say they were on their way. The delivery men were very efficient and cheerful even when they had to take the doors off the old and the new machines to get them through my back door! We had forgotten the door had been changed after the old machine had been installed. The whole experience was smooth and calm – no worrying about delivery time or things going wrong. Lifestyle Home Appliances staff are brilliant.

I managed to buy the wrong gas hob for our kitchen. on phoning Lifestyle Home Appliances they were very helpful and I paid the extra for a different on. It arrived as they said two days later and the took the wrong one away. Absolutely no problems. It was very good experience and vastly better than most these days.
