Website is straightforward to use. I joined LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk which meant a better price, free delivery and recycling of old appliance. The hob I wanted was in stock and I selected a delivery date to suit me, I also opted for installation. Communication throughout was very good. Hadn’t appreciated that the person delivering the item would also be the installer. A quick phone call to customer services clarified this. Engineer was fine and hob installed in just over an hour. Only comment would be that I wasn’t given details of serial numbers for registration on Bosch website. The serial numbers are under the actual product and there should have been paperwork supplied with this information (Bosh advised me). Not a huge issue as I was still able to register my product albeit with not all of the details and it doesn’t affect my guarantee.
