Easy to buy on line and book a morning slot. I was puzzled about the membership payment not being on the invoice, but I called the call centre, got through reasonably quickly and the agent explained what that was about.
The delivery slot was clarified to between 8 and 9 soon after 7, and the delivery went ahead with no problem and my old fridge freezer was taken away
I had kept my frozen food in my old freezer to keep it frozen, and I now wish I had asked them to wait for a few minutes whilst I loaded it into the new freezer. That way possibly my old freezer could have been refurbished and sold or donated to someone else
