Easy to order, confirmation given, updates on when your order will arrive, a telephone call on the morning of delivery, friendly careful respectful guys when installing taking care of your flooring etc testing your appliance before they leave. I ordered on Saturday it arrived on Tuesday afternoon exactly what we wanted, no delays. This company keeps its promises, delivers on time and they are easy friendly to deal with.
