Hoover washer dyer died after 6 wash and dry cycles. Spoke to Hoover, via Lifestyle Home Appliances website, Hoover replaced via Lifestyle Home Appliances and delivered within 48 hours.

Emailed day of delivery with 3 hour window. Then was able to track the van in real-time. Phoned 5 mins before. They were early also, bonus. Nice guys. In and out in 10mins. Rezpecfull of property when loading the old and new machine in. The price was fair also. Didn’t like the phone call 48h before hand trying to up sell me a 3 year warranty tho. Apart from that I was happy with the ease of sale on website, prompt delivery and installation. I will use again.
