Was able to select a delivery date to suit me. The company kept me updated on estimated delivery times throughout the day. Drivers were polite, professional and helpful.
Slight niggles with cooker. It was designed to slot over the front edge of cooker cabinet (assuming it was 15mm width -mine was 18mm. This was not specified) Not an issue as just 5mm (1/4″) deep. Also, the LED displays are very feint, and difficult to see if cooker is placed between two windows (no, its not a protective plastic layer over the top).
