There was a tiny piece of damage which must have come from Bosch under the intact packaging. I rang customer services and the agent was very pleasant and helpful. Replacement part was delivered within 3 days

The ordering process was nice a simple, I was kept informed of the delivery progress and given a time slot the evening before and a more precise time the following morning. The men that delivered the machine were very polite and removed the old machine and installed the new machine in a short space of time. We were up and running by 9am on a Sunday, what more could you ask? I have removed a point as since receiving my delivery I’ve had several missed calls from Lifestyle Home Appliances while I was at work. This is surprising as I did request that my number only be used in relation to the delivery which is now complete.
