Honestly delighted – took my old stove away, fitted a new one and gave a demo of the new stove features. Everything tested and fitted as mine was dual fuel (gas hob and electric oven),which is reassuring.

Ordered hp laptop along with Microsoft office 365 package. Laptop top arrived ok not so good with the Microsoft software.
Should have arrived Thursday 22nd courier arrived but could not find package.
Contacted Lifestyle Home Appliances they informed me (via email) they would cancel the order and download the Microsoft software package within 24 hours.
Received a text from Lifestyle Home Appliances on Friday to say that order would now be deliver (by DPD) but not till Monday 26th .
Over a week from when order placed. Why tell me software was being sent by email then tell me it’s being delivered by courier and it would take 4 days.
Totally unacceptable service at the very least they could have sent it by post office next day delivery.
LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk pulled some strings a d managed to get my delivery brought forward to Saturday. Hats off to them for extra effort.
