Based on my previous experience, I still don’t fully trust your service, at the point of delivery.
You cannot afford to be inconsistent. This just showed that when you want to, you can deliver exceptional service, but only highlights when you don’t!!

Good selection of products. Friendly customer service. Great add on options for delivery. Took one star off because they were unable to deliver the fridge freezer of our choice due to our flat location and they sent another standard 2 person crew for the second delivery when the first crew had said that a specialist crew should be able to manage the job. We decided to swap out to a smaller fridge freezer after the second failed delivery and that one is now in place!
