There was some issues concerning delivery time ( the problem was mine ) I didn’t know I needed my duel fuel cooker fitted, I had a gas outlet ( due to old cooker being all gas but no electrical outlet ) after contacting LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk the issue was resolved. I would recommend this company for its sale and after sale service.
