They rang me to say they were on their way. When they arrived our fridge/freezer was right at the back of their van and they had to move loads of other items to get to it. They worked really hard, especially as it was raining and then put the fridge/freezer in our hallway where we asked them.
We have to give them 10 out of 10 for their hard work.

Whilst I would have preferred a notice of timing the day before, I got the text that gave me my timeslot this morning, the 2 guys contacted me about 20 minutes before they were going to arrive to let me know when to expect them (which was in the middle of the time slot).
They Brought the Washing Machine and fridge/freezer in, checked them to make sure they were working, collected up and took away all of the packaging, then were on their way.
Seamless and so quick, I would not hesitate to use Lifestyle Home Appliances again, and they sent me a little gift which was appreciated 🙂
