Easy ordering..very competitive prices. Choice of delivery dates. Given 4 hour window for delivery. Being able to track your delivery. Getting a call from the driver when 5 minutes away. Delivery drivers polite and friendly. Old Washer removed and new one installed in 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Although the company were not quite on the ball when comunicating with the delivery dept, we had to cancel twice due to ill health but were still phoned early in the morning to say our delivery was today, we gave plenty of notice. When we actually had the delivery the men were absolutely superb, they phones 1/2 hr ahead and our delivery was not easy as we have lots of steps, they didn’t complain just got on with the job, full marks to them.
