Unfortunately the driver had been informed of an out of date home telephone number and had not been informed of my mobile number and therefore was unable to contact me to let me know when to expect them. The same thing happened the previous week and Lifestyle Home Appliances was informed that my mobile number should be used. Fortunately I had remained at home and was therefore in when the van arrived.
The crew were excellent and installed a new fridge freezer and checked every aspect of the installation making sure vetted properly into the cupboard and the doors closed properly. The two employees were very pleasant and made sure I understood everything about the installation. Unfortunately the indrution manual was missing from the information pack not the fault of the fitters.

Online purchase was easy and delivery date selected was fine. The confirmation email did say I would receive a text and email early in the morning on the delivery date but I didn’t get either. I waited until about 9.30 and still hadn’t received anything so called customer service. They confirmed delivery would be that day and DPD are handling it. I would get a message somewhere around midday giving me a delivery slot, which I did receive and the product was delivered as promised. Just a shame they didn’t do exactly what they said they would.
Very happy with the fan I bought, great product and cheapest price inc delivery was Lifestyle Home Appliances.
