Both men were friendly, courteous & efficient. Fridge Freezer was placed exactly where I wanted it, both men being mindful of my home when bringing it in from van working together as a team.

Ordered a new fridge freezer today and had to call a couple of times with questions. The phone was answered almost immediately and everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. They were by far the cheapest option for this item and the extras you get as part of the annual membership are definitely worth it. Installation was done efficiently, cleanly and with care. The only thing, as a new cooker owner, I needed was the serial number which was also efficiently taken away with the packaging to be recycled as the number was on the back of my cooker! Perhaps this should be on a checklist before leaving. All sorted now.
