My delivery driver called to tell me they’d be arriving between 11 &12 o’clock on the morning of my delivery. They arrived at 11.10 approximately. They unpacked the oven, positioned it as close to where I wanted it & said that I could use some of the shelves from my old oven in my new oven to add more levels if I wanted. All very good & efficient.

It was great. My one comment is that it would be helpful if it was possible to speak to a human being.
As an elderly widow, it would be reassuring to be able to get guidance or advice from another person.

I realise the way you operate helps keep costs down. However, could you think about offering a voice service for the Silver Surfers amongst us?

Otherwise it was a faultless experience. Ordered just before 4.00pm and delivered the following morning by 8.30am – incredible!
