Excellent delivery service

Had I been reviewing only the first delivery of my Beko fridge freezer, I would have given just 1 star. One member of the original delivery team arrived in a bad mood and was extremely rude, to the point that I felt I had to call him out on his behaviour. There was also an issue when changing the door opening to the opposite side, which meant the appliance had to be taken away.

Unfortunately, the delivery driver had already cut the plug off my existing fridge before this was discovered, leaving me without a working fridge.

However, Lifestyle Home Appliances’s response was outstanding. They arranged for a replacement to be delivered first thing the following morning. The same door-opening issue arose, but this time the delivery driver approached it professionally, found a solution, and completed the installation without any fuss.

So, while my initial experience was very disappointing, Lifestyle Home Appliances’s customer service and the fantastic delivery team who came the next day completely turned things around. This review is based on how well Lifestyle Home Appliances responded to the problem and the excellent service provided by the second delivery team.
