Had to order by phone as website would not take order. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, but maybe slightly OTT. Had to change delivery date after order by phone as too short notice to change through website. Simple process again, but did have to repeat a lot of basic information. Delivery driver was helpful and friendly but first went to same address in next town because he didn’t use the postcode provided.
