He then rang me to say he was 10 minutes away and he rang me again to say he’d delivered the items because I wasn’t at the property. The overall experience was great, however 2 issues popped up. Being of the older generation I retire to bed early. The notification of an early delivery came through at 22.06 … Luckily I have my phone by my bed and the vibe woke me. The first notification gave me a delivery window of 07.00 to 09.00. The 2nd issue occured when I got a revised notification, on the delivery window. The new one said 07.00 to 11.00 .. at 7am I received a call from the delivery team saying they were 5 minutes away…. errrrrr, surely it should be left up to the delivery team to inform their clients. I would not have had the issue. Anyway, machine arrived, in good order. Love to get new appliances, yaaaay – A O lets go.

I can’t believe how quickly it arrived I only ordered it 24 hours before. And £10 off so very happy. The only negative is the packaging. It was just in one of those plastic heat sealed bags so not much protection. The box was damaged but the blender was ok. Would prefer it was packaged in cardboard and paper to protect it, then I could have recycled it, instead the plastic had to go in the bin. But overall I am a very happy customer.
