Communication was great, they called whenever they had an update, and they couldn’t have been more helpful when they arrived. Delivered within the advised time frame efficiently and cheerfully. The freezer compartment has an upper drawer and a lower shelf with door. A basic but functional appliance which was the only one I could find to fit the available space.
