    First time I have used you and was impressed with how easy it all was. The only issue I had was the delivery was much later than scheduled and I had to keep checking the tracking to see when it might arrive. The actual driver was very nice and helpful and tore away some of the damaged packaging to ensure the actual machine was OK, which it was. However, his assistant was a bit like a bull in a china shop when it came to wheeling it into place and bumped into things, although no harm done. Probably very tired as they’d been so busy !
