This COULD have been given 5☆ service but I booked a 10.00am and 2pm slot because the fridge/freezer was for my mum who is 95.
I got a call at 06.45 on the day to say it would be delivered between 08.30 and 10.30!!
Fortuneately I could to get to her house for 08.15, but if I hadn’t been able, it would have been a wasted journey for the delivery team – she would not have let them in.
The team apologised for the change of delivery time and explained that there had been a lot of cancellations for that day which brought my slot forward.
I appreciate that it’s not their fault and the service and staff were excellent.
However, I chose the time slot to prevent stress to my mum.
I couldn’t contact the mobile which left the message telling about changing the time – perhaps that could be made possible, so that the customer can address any issues?

I received free installation, removing and discarding packaging, but was left with a lot of load of plastic coating on the cooker, but after Lifestyle Home Appliances saw my review they contacted me, and I was reimbursed for the package removal and delivery, which I thought was a fair gesture, and all in all I was very pleased with the appliance

The Lifestyle Home Appliances team arrived in good time and made a careful job of disconnecting our existing washing machine and installing the new one. They even cleaned the space before installation. Ran a check and went away leaving everything in perfect working order. We are very happy with our new Haier machine.
