    Ordered a fridge freezer. I wanted to replace like-for-like as I have a height and width restriction but Hotpoint have stopped making the model. Very few choices, only three manufacturers but selected the Fridgemaster due to some poor reviews on the other makes.
    Ordered a next day delivery; was provided updates initially for 8am-7pm, then a two hour window, then ‘you are the next delivery’. This was very helpful.
    The delivery team were helpful, polite and friendly. Explained the process and gave advice about my new fridge freezer, when it could be switched on etc.
    There was a slight problem get the fridge freezer into the slot but they adjusted the feet and all was good. They took away my old fridge freezer and all the waste packaging from my new one.
    Great team, a credit to Lifestyle Home Appliances.
    I’ve been a Hotpoint customer for many years and all my larger kitchen appliances have been Hotpoint. Time will tell if the Fridgemaster performance is as good and to be fair, I would have bought Hotpoint if they still manufactured the size I needed.
