Amended from 1 star to 4 stars. As a result of the review they contacted me and resolved this. Should never have had to come to this but credit where credit is due.
Avoid – dreadful illegal refunds policy. I ordered and paid for 4 items. Had them sent to the kitchen fitter as he’s fitting a kitchen in my mums empty house (she’s in respite care). 3 items ok. One I need to return. Never unpacked. Still boxed. I’m told they can only collect from the house it was delivered to? Offered no lifeline. Happy to leave me hanging. UK has a 14 day cooling off period that they’re failing to offer. I’ll never use them again. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
