I’ve ordered freestanding washing machine instead of integrated. The delivery guy was so kind, he reassured me not to stress about it, and someone will call me in the next 15mins.They did call shortly. We organised new machine, which was delivered pretty quickly but my water valve was broken and they couldn’t install the new machine. Had to sort out the plumber and after fixing the problem I called to get my machine delivered. The lady on the phone was so nice and understanding, after I told her I have house full of kids in the afternoon for my daughters birthday party, she did kind gesture and organised slot so my machine was delivered before the party started.
