I had issues with the warranty on my Electra appliance and was getting no effective repair for over 5 weeks from their Pacifica repairers. I called Lifestyle Home Appliances custmer service and Abraham spoke to Pacifica and negotiated a satisfactory replacement appliance. He was exceptionally helpful. . Lifestyle Home Appliances are great but dont buy an Electra appliance. This is thesecond onethat has gone wrong in a few months from new and the warranty service has been appalling both times
