Jamie kept me updated as to the delivery time and I used the tracking to estimate what time the delivery would be. Jamie and Karl were great, perfect delivery and took away the old one.

Brilliant service the engineers turned up and within half an hour I had my cooker and washing machine installed. The delivery service was great. I had a timeslot and they called me when they were about 30 minutes away.

The men couldn’t install our new dishwasher due to a fault with our electricity (we’ve just moved into our new home) but they were really helpful about what to do next and our free delivery was refunded. They lost a star, just for scraping our driveway with the old dishwasher, couldn’t fault their delivery apart from that!
