they arrived on time, very polite, unpacked the fridgefreezer carefully and removed all rubbish and old appliance and left the kitchen tidy. the only reason i am only giving 4 stars is because they tried to get it through the door in a way it obviously wasn’t going to fit, and struggled a bit before realising it needed to be tipped slightly to go through.
