The online ordering experience was relatively straight forward and quick (very good selection of products to choose from). However, I must confess that I found the “add on’s” a little confusing when choosing what I needed/wanted without “over-ordering”, but that might just be me! On the whole, both the ordering and delivery were very good. The delivery staff were polite, helpful, and friendly.

Loads of communication, almost a bit much – but appreciate finance comms and purchase comms came from different companies.
It also took a little while for us to find the bag of bits inside the drum of the washing machine! A sticker or something on the outside of the door to provide a hint that there may be additional content inside would have been helpful. Otherwise, brilliant 🙂
