Well the ease of the website to find what I wanted, then after the purchase a friendly lady called to offer insurance but was also very informative about what I was buying and great advice then she did not over push the offer of insurance then sent me an email with all info. Then the delivery I was able to track in real time and the driver called with a accurate time then nothing was too much trouble really polite and careful with my new machine offered assistance on how to attach everything they went above and beyond I really thought they were the best experience I’ve had on a delivery both lads were just awesome really! And the lady on the phone was awesome too so thanks to you all. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
