An order was cancelled before delivery by LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk the item on order was not the model anticipated. However, I was billed for the item £149.00. A Direct Debit scheduled to Debit my account 7th May. After several attempts to resolve the issue nobody appears to know what they are doing pass the buck attitude. Goods not received customer still billed. Goodness knows how this company were awarded a standard of excellence a most undeserving award. Order number: 183148. Delivery 2nd April.
Received a call from Joel from LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk this morning (28/4/26) at 08.49. We reached a resolve. Joel professional and on the ball, dealt with my concerns swiftly. Thank you Joel for the links much appreciated. The television is out of stock!! Due to Joel’s swift input awarded a 4 star rating.

Delivery information on day of delivery was excellent kept me informed throughout the day and rang 10 minutes before to advise so we were ready for them.
Delivery men were friendly extremely helpful and did an amazing job delivering item, also some advice which was great
