The item was for my elderly aunt and the driver was asked to phone me before they arrived to make sure everything was fine to deliver and they were brilliant! making sure the old item was taken away and the new working properly. No fuss for my aunt who is 92 years young. no-one needs hassle at that age

There was an issue with damage to the item at the first delivery attempt, we had to refuse delivery.
All staff worked quickly and made sure that a replacement was delivered first thing the following morning.
