I had a call the next day from an absolute textbook example of a salesman who was so smooth talking i initially thought he was a.i ! But then he hit the perfect balance of sales script versus human banter and somehow sold me insurance. I’m sure he often wins salesman of the year, and if not why not!? The delivery tracking is brilliant, the guys called to let me know if was next and were super friendly and helpful despite having started their day at 4am. All in all perfect big shop experience
