LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk is the another retailer of the appliance world for its speed of ordering to delivery. This solves a critical issue in a hurry when a major appliance suddenly dies on you and repairing it may be just delaying the inevitable.
The website is good but could be made to be a little clearer. My screen had website icons overlap and shrink what I could see.
The delivery was swift and I could check how far away they were and where I was in the list. But they also called twice to update me which was excellent.
The removal and installation of the new appliance was superb. Anyone thinking of saving a few quid and doing it themselves is silly. They plumbed it in and made sure it was properly aligned before testing it. They take photos to show they have installed it correctly which gives us both peice of mind.
I got the hard sell on a call re Domestic and General breakdown insurance but the product comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee for parts AND labour. Sure this offers accident breakages, but my content insurance covers that. I think I’m better investing that money for a new appliance, but hopefully this one will last more that 5 years and hopefully 3 or 4 times that.
Apart from that I would shop again with LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk as long as the price and delivery options are right. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
