    The overall purchase experience was positive as the website offered the types of products I was seeking. The less positive aspects were the add ones, for example I was purchasing a replacement oven and hob, these items were charged at £130.00 per item for fitting adding £260.00 to the price! The items were also advertised as requiring an electrician to fit, I chose to have just the oven fitted as it was the more complex item and left the wiring in place for me to reconnect a hob. The oven arrived with a plug fitted so didn’t need an electrician but they used the hob wiring to fit a plug socket leaving a more complicated fitting for the hob.
    So great promise from the website and less so on delivery. I do feel the fitting costs are excessive.
