I upgraded to member and chose recycling and removal of old appliance. When the delivery came they could not take the old appliance, this driver helped arrange pick up for the following day, very polite and helpful. The men who came to pick up appliance complained that the other driver hadn’t taken appliance and made hard work of removing the appliance but it was end of shift and we all know what that is like.
05/05/2026 I was contacted by Joel at Lifestyle Home Appliances. He was very polite understanding of my previous comments and explained that I hadn’t ticked the box originally we discussed how this happened. There was excellent customer service from Joel and Lifestyle Home Appliances.

From start to Finnish it was a great shopping experience. Had 2x major appliances delivered, all unpacked and old taken out. Packaging taken and great care with everything. Delivery men exceptionally friendly and tried & tested items. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Lifestyle Home Appliances again
