LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk delivery team phoned when they were 20 minutes away. They were friendly and efficient. Unpacked my machine and took the waste and old machine away.
I did receive an email around 06.30 with a delivery window, but not the expected text message. I’d have slept more easily if I’d received the email before I went to bed (could have been 7am -7pm arrival) but given how good the delivery guys were I’m still giving 5 stars.

I purchased a washing machine from Lifestyle Home Appliances on 7/2/26.all fine for 4 weeks until I couldn’t open the machine door,washing still inside,Warranty engineer came out,diagnosed door locking thermal device.Advised probably 2 weeks,not so good.!then update no ETA.!! Got onto Lifestyle Home Appliances and their team of ladies,Isi,Gemma,Noel were fantastic,arranged an authorisation to collect and replace unit,next day,with manufacturers who were very slow at agreement,but ladies at Lifestyle Home Appliances, customer service.100% effective.Thank you ladies your the BEST.👍😊
