Your delivery drivers were lovely and polite. However, they told me the delivery company won’t supply them with disposable shoe coverings they couldn’t deliver inside my house and up my stairs. I have arthritis and had to struggle to get my old microwave downstairs to them and I had to get a friend to lift my new one up. Update: Lifestyle Home Appliances phoned to apologise and offered a gesture of goodwill. Lady was lovely and I accepted. Good customer service from Lifestyle Home Appliances. 👍

Customer care line trotting out usual recorded message of ‘unusually high call volumes’. Took over 45 minutes on hold to get through.
2 years ago they had the same ‘unusually high call volumes message. At what point does it become usual call volumes and you actually hire more staff?
