    This was my first time ordering from Lifestyle Home Appliances and I’m certainly not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone. I already have actually. My Mum has gone and bought an oven from there. The delivery service was superb. They took all the packaging and bought all three appliances in and put them in their places for me. Very friendly chaps. I had a small issue but need not have worried. Their customer service was exemplary. You actually speak to a human instead of options etc. The lady was very polite and sorted my issue there and then. No hassle. I’m so glad I ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliances and not hoover directly. They didn’t even have a pre sales enquiry line it was either email which takes up to two days or ai which did t know the answers. Was very frustrating. So yeah go for it and order from Lifestyle Home Appliances with complete confidence from start to finish.

    Update, to give Lifestyle Home Appliances credit they have taken everything I’ve said onboard and refunded all my money, since they’ve done this (and off their own back I might add, this wasn’t a result of me asking for a refund) I’ve upped the score to 4. I do hope they take my feedback onboard in the future with reoccurring charges.

    Previous message: My advice would be to avoid, they used to be good but it seems they are going down the route of scamming money out of people by signing them up to reoccurring payments for a service you are unlikely to benefit from. A shame as they used to be good but I guess management needs that sweet sweet money for champagne at the shareholder meetings.
