I bought a washing machine for my sister who has mobility issues. I’d asked for the drivers to be patient whilst she got to the door. The driver phoned us both twice before arriving with the last time saying they were 10 mins away. The men were flipping brilliant, swiftly fitting the new machine and clearing all rubbish.
