On time – efficiently disconnected, replaced and fitted our new fridge freezer. Very pleasant and smiling driver who did the heavy lifting, the technician did his job well but did not really engage, smile or make the process great. Will not stop us using Lifestyle Home Appliances again !!

It was a great experience. Easy to order and delivery was spot on , no problems and very quick. Next time I will not get another Beko though because you can’t get hold of them on the phone. I needed some information about the washing machine but all the rest went well. I forgot to add that when the washing machine had been installed one of the men asked what dogs I had, I told him I had a puppy golden retriever and English setter he went to the van and gave both dogs a green teddy bear, he was very taken with my goldie as well. How nice was that to give a present to the dogs, the men were very polite and friendly too. A little banter goes a long way, thanks guys.
