Oven was changed no problem but induction hob wouldn’t fit so had to have worktop hole cut to accommodate a larger hob which was fitted today, all good guys friendly and efficient thanks. Would have been 5 stars but they put the price up on the hob before I bought it. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

Delivery time from order was very good and joining the membership saved over £200.00 on the purchase price.
What let them down was the delivery guys. I bought a high value large OLED TV and when they took it out of the van it was clear it had been on the floor as the bottom of the box was so wet it had fallen apart. The guys man handled it like it was a washing machine with no regard for its value or sensitvity, complaining about how big it was and that it had to go up one flight of stairs. It is crazy complaining about delivering things when when your job is delivering things ! My last delivery was from Marks Electrical and it was “chalk & cheese”, those two guys were cheerful and helpful the minute they arrived.
Lifestyle Home Appliances Reached out to me and were very apologetic about the delivery. I spoke with an excellent person and felt like a valued customer after the call. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
