I was impressed that the delivery person did actually call me in the morning to confirm my appointment and to give a rough estimate as to when delivery would be made. Despite the fact that the delivery was late by a couple of hours, which is obviously disappointing, the guys doing the delivery were nice people and competent. One criticism I would have is that I do not believe it is really the customer’s problem if parking is an issue. Parking is an issue all over London.
